We have created a website that would allow ordinary people to play a joke on their IT guys. All you'd need to do was to enter their e-mail and telephone number on the website. Right after the IT manager got the email he'd click the link, an entertaining video started to play on a fake video portal and the IT guy became the part of the movie...
After the joke, we introduced him to a special offer of IBM solutions, that could help IT managers to solve problems of their demanding collegues. Our solution was a great success. In one month, we played the joke on over 4500 IT managers and our client IBM obtained a first-class database of the decision-makers who buy all hardware products for their companies.
